Check out the band on Christmas Eve in Horbury. Did you miss it? Well we'll be there next year, same time, same place!! (Christmas Eve, Midnight, Bottom of Queen street in horbury)                                                 The band plays Queen Street

The final concert of the year, Horbury Methodist Christmas concert. The Church hall was packed to the rafters and the senior band did not disappoint. Playing under the baton of Duncan Beckley the band played a fine selection of carols and Christmas pieces. Special thanks must go to David Holdsworth who provided a highlight of the night when he joined the band on Bagpipes to play the Highland Cathedral. The evening was a success, enjoyed by everyone. Well done band.

Senior band kicked off their Christmas schedule with a cracking concert at St Mary's Church last night. Joined by the Horbury Singers, both groups had a varied programme to entertain the audience. The band featured solos from Principal Cornet Charlie Welch and Principal Euphonium Simon Cooke.

If you missed out on the fun, don't miss our next, check out the Events Schedule to see where we are next.

On wednesday night James Greatorex made his HVB conductor debut. In the absence of Dad (Tom), James did an excellent job keeping the Youth band in check at the Brookhouse Club. Well done James!

December is traditionally the Band's busiest month and this year is no exception!

Take a look at the events calender to see where we are playing.
